problem #3

Feb 122018

Patriot LX 2L

  • CVT transmission
  • 43,000 miles

I have these suction cups to hold the window up. It will cost up to $500.00 to fix, which I do not have. Of course the window which is down is the driver window and so now at the bank I cannot go through the drive thru or any drive any drive thru until I can afford to fix this problem. Jeep has not had a recall on this problem.Really embarrassing. I would not have bought a Jeep if I would have known about all these issues I would have stayed with Mazda or Toyota.

The back window rolled down without any trouble and then would not roll up. This makes it difficult to drive in the cold weather and rain. This car is too new to be having such trouble.

This was my second of three problems with this car in a single week. We had the window motor replaced just days before this as the window had been stuck down and would not roll up. We had to bring the car back because driver buttons would not roll the window up. They told us the electrical on that side of the car was faulty. This car has been nothing but problem after problem. I expected better quality from the Jeep brand.
