Patriot 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 84,000 miles

It is so frustrating to drive this car since I never know if I can accelerate this car in the highway or not. It tends to pound into gear and according to the service department. It usually happens when the car needs to have an oil change? Well, thats hogwash, because I owned a Patriot Sport which was one of the best cars I ever owned and I have never heard of a car doing that just because it needs an oil change. I frankly am afraid of driving this car and now it sits in my driveway.

I have had instances where people are accelerating around me and almost hit me because the car stalled. Frankly outrageous and I wasted my money buying this car.

Patriot 3.2L

  • Manual transmission
  • 17,000 miles

After 17,000 miles while driving speeds from 35 to 75, vehicle shuts off. Sometimes starts in 3 tries, sometimes takes 10 minutes. Took to Jeep.. can't find issue. Afraid of it shutting off and being hit by traffic on freeway. This is a new car and problem can't be found.. no one can help.
