The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Patriot. While depressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle failed to accelerate and stalled. The contact stated that the same failure occurred every time the vehicle attempted to exceed 40 mph. The dealer (hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of elkton, 1147 E pulaski hwy, elkton, md 21921) was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted.
