Took it to a dealer twice and they flashed the computer. Then it would act like it was in neutral. The dealer said there was nothing wrong with it. I changed to another dealer after the Service Transmission light kept coming on. They pulled codes out of the computer and said it would need a new transmission. It's covered by the extended warranty but the dealer said it would take 7-10 days to get a transmission in with this Covid-19 going on and they had to get authorization from Jeep. Good news is they said they would give me a loaner tomorrow. I've been without wheels for 2 days, 3 tomorrow.
