We have been to 2 different dealerships, 3 different service managers and 5 Mopar certified technicians, they have replaced fuses (8 times), seat harness (2), lumbar support motor (1), relay (2)... And today (9/10/18 at around 3:45 pm) I personally went to pick up my car, tested the seat right there in the manager's face, and blew the fuse, then he called a mechanic and I continued to blow the fuse 3 times after, told them they need to test these vehicles under full load - the A/C on, all accessories on to reflect road driving, they scratched their heads and left, then came back after they contacted the factory and stated leave the car we will have to take the harness out and check wire by wire, timeline 1 month plus without a car. I called the factory as I opened a case with them since repair # 3 and they agreed to the dealership decision, so now I am pursuing Texas Lemon Law to get rid of it. Last time I purchase a Chrysler or Fiat product... Never again.
