I have had so many issues with the Uconnect system, ever since purchasing the vehicle. At least twice a week, it will not allow me to control the volume or change the radio station. If I have my phone or Ipod on Bluetooth, it will tell me there are no Bluetooth media devices available. If I plug one of them in through the USB ports, it will play them for half of a song, then turn off and say to plug a media device in.

The UConnect System which is the radio, phone, back up, navigation was not working. It would not even turn on or off - just a blank screen. The compass on the dashboard display would not work either. (The software was already updated from the previous recall in September.) Turned car off and on a few times and it still would not come on. Came back on later in the day. This happened on 11/7/15. No other issues until 11/11/15 and it happened again. Dealership appointment has been made.

By the love of all that is holy, in whatever you believe in, if you are reading this - AVOID THIS CAR LIKE A PLAGUE! So among ALL the problems this car has this is just one of them.
Not exactly sure what causes this problem, but I've noticed after extended use during a road trip that the Bluetooth connection on the radio just stops working to play music. It will show the device connected and take phone calls but refuses to play music. I could see the music playing on my phone but the radio will not play it. I turned the radio on and off and on again - still a problem. I turned off the car and left the vehicle to get back in and reconnect and the problem still continues. The only thing I found that helps is to "reset" the radio by unplugging the battery and replugging it back its like giving it a hard reset.
