Purchased July 23, 2015 new. 7 times in the past 11 months this Jeep wouldn't start. Turns over, won't start. Taken back to dealership by towing 6 times. Filed complaint with Chrysler yesterday for Lemon Law. Dealership still has Jeep, been there 5 days this week, unable to start it. Was there 9 days just two weeks ago, got it back Tuesday, towed back Wednesday. Computer updated the first two visits, then new battery, spark plugs, fuel pump, map sensor replaced, baro pressure correlated, ethanol blend tested, spark plugs just installed last week got a cleaning this week etc. won't run. Dealership stated Chrysler is sending an engineer to inspect. Chrysler has been in contact with me via email three times in past two days and states they will be in contact with me next week.

Just purchased 6/21/2020 2015 Jeep Latitude. 86 thousand miles, I had 3 days took it back on the 3rd day fixed another problem not related. 4th day engine would not turn over. Called Autotrek in Littleton Co. They told me in so many words to bad so sad suck it up its your problem now. If you remember it had ASIS on the window. The problem is it is only after it sits for hours without driving it. I just tried starting it after aprox 24 hrs sitting and all lights turn on. the RPM needle jumps from 0-8 the MPH jumps from 0-160 and both down to 0 again. Its like I have a dead battery but without the ru ru ru. It takes from 6 to 7 minutes then hark the engine turns over just fine and I have no problems from then on. I can make from 7-8 stops/starts in a 3 hour period of time and have no problem starting the Jeep, its only when the vehicle sits. This has been going on since I purchased it. And I drive maybe 150 to 200 miles in a month. But this could go both ways, Engine is turning but won't start but maybe the engine isn't turning because I don't hear a sound but it won't turn over, I am 70 years old and thought I was doing myself a justice by buying a fun vehicle and told Kim the agent who sold me the Jeep I did not want to have any problem with what I was buying but apparently she could care less as long as she made her commission. But I would like to find out what the problem is and how much it will cost me to fix and if I have any recourse against the dealership and or Chrysler? Also more complaints to come.
