I had an 2016 Jeep Renegade that I had to get the thermostat replaced last year after it went on me. The jeep was only one year old at the time and still covered under warranty. April this year it was cold so I run my heat not thinking anything was wrong like usual until I smell this awful smell and see smoke coming from under my hood. I pop the hood and noticed the smoke coming from down by fan, I instantly cut the car off. The dealership was closed so I and couldn't get to them that day. On April the 16th I take My son to school and the Jeep get that awful smell and starts to smoke after dropping him off. I pop the hood and the next thing I know I see a flame coming from my jeep. My jeep caught fire out of nowhere.
