for the second time: front bumper bezel fell off and lost
After the first bezel was lost, I questioned the dealer's service department about whether its replacement needed to be glued in place. He assured me that it would click into place, be secure, and never fall out again. Wrong! Now we find ourselves again replacing this part, making a pain-in-the-butt trip to the dealer, and closing in on $100 of cost when you add taxes. Is losing and replacing this part going to be a semi-annual event?!

I am particularly sensitive as we formerly had an early Scion XB into which I had to drill holes and wire its panels in place to keep the car's body together. We expected that a Jeep -- made for off roading! -- would hold up better on city roads. Evidently not.
