I got the car back from service and my phone was NOT listed as paired any more. I then proceeded to pair my phone according to all instructions. It worked (so I thought). I checked my address book and shut off the car. I then went back only 20 minutes later and started the car up. It stated NO PHONE CONNECTED. I checked and my phone AND the car say PAIRED. I went into the settings mode and pressed my phone to connect. It connected and then shut off. It again said NO PHONE CONNECTED. I shut off my phone and the car and deleted my profile in the car. I then started the car up and repeated the pairing setup. It seemed to have worked but it may fail again, who knows. THIS IS A POOR BLUETOOTH connection or something major is wrong. This car is NEW and it should NOT have problems. Made in Italy.

This car constantly has a problem connecting my phone to the display, almost daily. It is extremely frustrating. my phone says it is connected, yet the display says it is not. Today, the phone rang through the speakers on the car, yet the display said the phone was not connected, however, I had to shuffle through my purse to answer my phone and talk through the car. Which is extremely frustrating. This car has numerous issues. I will report this every day if it continues.

The UConnect system stopped working affecting Bluetooth, Radio and back up camera. From what I gather, it may be due to over the air software update. The dealer is ready to charge me for "diagnosing" their crappy system.
