gps not finding position and randomly moving off the road

The satellite nav NEVER worked properly on the car. As you drive the car along a straight road the car sat nav would randomly veer off the road and recalculate...every 30 seconds. The car would not pickup a proper GPS signal at all. Took my jeep to the dealership and raised an official complaint to jeep, Went every month for a software update to the jeep but no fix...11 months later I got a new head unit ONLY after I made an ombudsman complaint. Jeep were not willing to replace the head unit until I took it to the heighest level possible to get fixed. Very unimpressed with their service....The car is amazing after its been fixed and extremely happy with it.
