Renegade Trailhawk 2.4L

When driving along I hear a humming noise and vibration under me. They say there is nothing wrong - I took it back the first time and they said something with brakes and tech did hear humming sound. So I took it to a Jeep dealer. They had my car all day long, I checked at 3:30 and said nothing is wrong so I am going back to pick up reg. and let them know.

Also car pours in water when taken to a car wash. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago.
