Opened sunroof and now it won’t close. Acts like no power but all fuses good - but it's not trying to move at all.

Took the car out on a hot day, opened the sunroof, and the sunroof opened fine. Went to close the sunroof and it would not close. After several attempts, I had to guide the sunroof shut with my hands and now it won't open. Unbelievable that a car that isn't even 5 years old and has roughly 25k miles on it has this kind of issue. I have had tons of cars with sunroofs that had well over 100k miles and never had this issue.
