there were no warnings on the vehicle to indicate a problem occurring. coming from a complete stop there is a delay in accelerating to speed - feels like a stall and the pedal is not receiving any gas... but the tank is full. dealership never found any issues nor were able to reproduce the same problem. this problem happens multiple times a year. this is dangerous for driving as i'm unable to get to full speed in traffic.

Have had it in shop multiple times for same thing, neither Jeep place I have took it to can figure it out and tell me my only option is to have towed in next time it does it and leaving on and "praying their service dept is open when it happens" per rice Jeep Dodge on alcoa hwy, lenoir city Chrysler Dodge where purchased told me to get lawyer so I refuse to take back there. Rice Dodge has been much more helpful and understanding and not threatening me. Have been working with frank at Jeep corporate and have multiple open cases

Initially vehicle had a burning smell which turned out to be the auxiliary coolant pump. After changing the coolant pump in March vehicle produced false overheat conditions four times and the vehicle lost power and shut down each time, while driving. Two of the times while on the highway and the other two while driving through local streets. Dealer then changed the temperature sensor. The problem could not be duplicated so there is no guarantee that the issue has been corrected. As a secondary issue the vehicle then had grinding noise in front end which occurred in June and is still occurring. Initially they changed the right front upper mount bearing. They have replaced that part once again as well as the right front hub bearing and spindle, control arm, and the upper strut mount boot, none of which have corrected the problem. This once again cannot be duplicated on a lift and they are having issues diagnosing the problem. As of this writing vehicle has been in shop over 30 days and they are still unable to repair.

I was on the freeway when the car made a grinding noise and stop soddenly and it wouldn't move as if the brakes had lock up on me and it felt like something had brooked but I couldn't see any thing until the mechanic told me that it was the rear suspension rear control arm. And rear suspension rear rod came off loose and caused the rear wheel to move sideways and it was dragging.
