I was turning into my parking space as usual. Suddenly while the brake was depressed the car lurched forward and smacked the retaining wall. The dashboard lit up with the car with lightning bolts and the parking brake turned on. I reversed, turned off the car, then turned the car back on. The dashboard lights were off. What is going on?
