I took it in for the USB and trunk latch to be replaced. When I left my car play didn't work at all and during my 6 hour drive home the entire radio/control system shut down by itself. It proceeded to do this every 3-5 minutes. For 6 hours I couldn't use heat, AC or radio. It would play 30 seconds of a song and shut off by itself, practically resetting itself over and over for 6 hours.
