Renegade

  • Manual transmission
  • 12,000 miles

I had brought a 2018 jeep Renegade in May of 2018 from Leith at 5500 Capital Blvd. Raleigh, NC 27616. On 8/18/2018 I had to get an oil change for my jeep. I did share with them I was experiencing stalling and was that normal. They changed my oil and said, the car will be fine. Really didn't stress the issue because it wasn't given me a major problem.

When I continued to drive for a year, the problem got worse. It began to happen more and I almost lost my life the last time. So, I took the car back to Leith dealership on capital blvd on 5/13/2019 to check out why my car is stalling and why the check engine light is on. They checked out the vehicle and said that they replaced some sensors and everything should be fine. I drove off the lot and continue to drive for eight days on the eighth day the call stalled again.

I drove it back to the dealership and they looked at it and said the vehicle is fine they drove it and they didn't experience any problems with stalling. I left with the jeep and praying everything is okay. Unfortunately, the problem stills exist today. Now, the car was towed back to Leith dealership on 12/1/2020 at capital blvd. behind other issues, I have posted here on this web site. I recommend ALL Renegades need to be recalled. Please whoever owns a Renegade and can relate please let me know. I need your voice to be heard.

Renegade Trailhawk 2.6L

Try to accelerate and the jeep stands still, then it finally engages. Now I am afraid to try to accelerate on the side roads onto another road.
