I bought my car in 2022---this is the 3rd time I had to put it in the shop---this last time it wouldn't fully turn over when trying to start it. Then a warning sign came on indicating throttle sensor or something like that...so had I towed to a dealership and they said that it was low on oil about 2 quarts and that's why it wouldn't start. Last month my husband had just changed my oil so I was thinking it couldn't of been that, they topped off my oil and it works fine now. So I go to good ol' google and look this up and see that this is an actual issue. I felt like I have bought a lemon, with this being the 3rd time in the shop.

Does anyone know if Jeep is replacing engines cause of this oil consumption? My car doesn't even have 50,000 miles on it. I feel like Jeep is starting to make sh*tty cars. I've always wanted a Jeep Rubicon but after having all these issue with this simple Renegade I'm definitely changing my mind on Jeep. Checking my oil every week to make sure this doesn't happen again is such a waste of my time. Does anyone know about the lemon law and if this issue falls under that law. Thank you for reading. I just don't wanna return the car just to be stuck with paying more cause it isn't worth sh*t anymore with all the repairs I've done to it already. ugh! Annoying Jeep!!
