The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Renegade equipped with Dunlop Tires, Tire Line: Signature 2, Tire Size: 23/60/R17, DOT Number: N6KTJR1R. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, there was a flapping sound coming from the rear driver-??s side of the vehicle. The contact was able to get home safely however, after inspecting the tires, the contact became aware of tread separation on the driver-??s and passenger-??s side rear tires. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the tire manufacturer would be contacted and notified of the failure. The tires were also taken to a tire shop and the contact was informed that the tires were defective. The tires were not replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 25,000.
