So my Jeep has the big touch screen radio with Uconnect Guardian Subscription which overall is pretty cool but today I needed to use the "Assist" feature to schedule service due to a service light coming on the dashboard. So I pressed the Assist button on the radio and it presented me with 4 options 1. JEEP service Assist [Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Repair], 2. UCONNECT [Radio Problems, Connectivity, Cell Service] 3. UCONNECT GUARDIAN [Location Service, Navigation, Etc] and 4. ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE [Tow, Tire, Gas] so I pressed option 1 for Jeep to schedule service when I was connected to a rep I was informed that she couldn't help me cause I was transferred to UCONNECT services she put me on hold so see if she could transfer me to someone that can help then she told me after searching for an answer we was informed that no one in her department is aware of Jeep Services so I ended the call and figured maybe I pressed option 2 by accident so I tried again and this time pressed option 1 for sure and I had the same lady pick up the phone. So I think the numbers in the radio are programmed incorrectly. Not sure how to repair this I plan on bringing up to the dealer and emailing Jeep.
