Renegade

The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Renegade equipped with Continental Tires, Tire Line: Cross Contact, Tire Size: 215/60/R17, DOT Number: HWKTD956. The contact stated while driving approximately 3 MPH, there was a loud booming sound from the rear of the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the rear passenger-??s side tire had experienced a blowout. The vehicle was slowly driven to a nearby tire shop and the tire was replaced. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,800.
