complete brake failure complete brake failure complete brake failure

On September/05/2024 I was backing up trying to hook up a Uhaul trailer when suddenly my car completely lost its brakes and crashed into the trailer. The brake pedal became completely loose. Luckily for me this happened on my home driveway, because the next day I would be making a 1000 mile trip (Pennsylvania to Panama City Beach) pulling the trailer and if this had happened somewhere along the way, I probably wouldn't be alive right now or someone else could have died.

My car had to be dragged onto the tow truck, because after my car crashed behind the trailer, the car got stuck and nothing else worked. Since then, my car has been parked at Hillview Motors (Greensburg/PA), awaiting a solution from Jeep/Stellantis.

In October/1st), Stellantis sent an investigator (third party contract) to inspect my car, but apparently nothing has been found that helps to understand the cause of my car's brake failure.

Today (Oct/09th), my car is still parked in the Hillview Motors parking lot awaiting a solution from Jeep/Stellantis. Hillview Motors Inc dealership is the only company trying to help me with this problem.

This is a serious safety issue, and Jeep/Stellantis doesn't seem to care about it. No one from Jeep/Stellantis has contacted me to tell me what the next steps will be to fix my car's brakes and the damage caused by the brake failure.
