Wagoneer

Severe outside tire wear on front tires and vibration at interstate speeds. Multiple cases on the forums which no one can get resolved. Unacceptable. Results in bald tires in as little as 10000 miles. See picture and links to forums. Stellantis should really recall or TSB this issue, especially on a high end vehicle. We need consumer protection from the government on these lemons. Three posts below, but there are many more threads if you look on the forum. Wagoneer

  • miles
I purchased the car, July 2022. It was a used certified vehicle with 3289 miles on it. This is a commercial vehicle as I own my own business. I reported two days after purchasing it that The front passenger tire shakes. For two years now, I have been trying to get Wagoneer and my dealership to fix the issue. Last Thursday, I was instructed to replace all the tires and see what happens. I did so And the shaking is still occurring. I received an email from Wagoneer services this morning telling me there is nothing they can do about it. I have a call into an attorney. This car has been towed on a flatbed three times since purchasing has been in the shop 16 times sometimes over three months at one time. I do believe that I should have to pay for a vehicle that is so terrible especially being $105,000 vehicle. Wagoneer is impeding my business and my business revenue because I cannot drive this car safely. I have been paying $1500 payment for two years and have never had a car that worked 100% properly. They refused to reimburse me for any of my time down. My contract states that I am to have a Wagoneer as a rental while they are working on my car that is only happened to one time. They tried to give me itty-bitty cars to run my business out of.
