The driver side seat belt confines consumer to her seat, can barely reach the radio, passenger side seat belt does not retract into casing and the push button sticks, also the passenger has to hold the button down to lock in the belt, the back seat belts work the same way or don't work at all.

Please add VIN. Consumer's son was driving approximately 30-35mph when leaving a four-way stop at approximately 100yards while still in third gear, vehicle flipped over. The top of Jeep grazed a pole and the roll bar broke. Also the seat belts were shreaded, and broken loose. The driver was killed.

Tried to avoid hitting a deer and hit a tree. The driver's side seat belts did not hold driver in the seat, they became loose and they did not secure driver in the seat.
