Another exhaust manifold bolt broke. This time it was the front one and the jeep in now under warranty anymore. Paid $8 for one bolt and washer to fix it.

took jeep in for a third time to get rear manifold bolt replaced. This time they had to send the head out to get it machined and it would take 5 days. Told them I was getting tired of this B.S. The manager said that they have new improved bolts with special washers so that this wouldn't happen again. So I let them take my jeep. I should have known better.

Guess what? more broken exhaust manifold bolts. This time the dealership sold me new and improved bolts as opposed to the new and improved bolts I bought last time. These have a star head, locking nut, and more of those special concave washers.

Forth time around. This time they replaced the back 4 bolts with the "special bolts & washers". The manager was getting tired of seeing me I guess and had it done within an hour.
