Just hit 80k and the catalytic converter went. Made lots of noise. Took it to the dealership to get it fixed and was told it would cost me $450 because it just came off warranty. Really getting tired of Chrysler's B.S. I drove it for about a month after that and the converter actually caught on fire. It had blown a hole in the top and the honeycomb stuff was coming out. It was also going through the muffler. Ruined the muffler. I took off the converter, hollowed it out, had it welded(where the holes were), and put on a new muffler.
