Vehicle was slowing down to 50mph and the tread blew out on rear passengers tire. Tire showed white discoloration between tread and sidewall. Wrangler sra, size P245/70R16, original equipment on a 1999, Jeep, Grand Cherokee with 30,000 miles. Goodyear will be contacted.
