Wrangler 4WD

Car was parked in garage when window glass exploded. Glass was inbedded into concrete wall. Nothing struck or damaged the window. I was in the process of lowering it, (it is on hydraulic suspension so can not be slammed.

Through research it was brought to my attention that a bad paint job can cause the windshield to fall out of its frame. Chrysler recently painted my car under warranty but did a horrible job. The following website suggested reporting this problem to this organization: Https://www.NHTSA.dot.gov/IVOQ/oscripts/IVOQ/voq/voq6.cfm I would also like to add that Chrysler left both the windshield and drivers side mirror on my car damaged.
