The contact owns a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. The vehicle has interco super swampers iroc tires, size 37/12.5/15. While driving approximately 10 mph on normal road conditions, the vehicle began wobbling excessively and pulling in one direction. Immediately, the driver pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle. He noticed that all four tires exhibited uneven tread belt and were out of round. The tires were recently purchased in 2009. The manufacturer was notified of the defective tires, but did not assist. The VIN, dot number, and failure mileage were unavailable. The current mileage was 104,000.

- the contact owns a 2000 Jeep Wrangler sport. The contact was driving across the golden gate bridge when the vehicle started pulling to the right towards the rail, and at the end of the bridge the vehicle then pulled again to the right quickly and sharply. The tire blew out, she had no control of the vehicle and it flipped over 2 or 3 times and landed on the tires. It did not hit another vehicle or another vehicle hit the contact's vehicle. The weather was nice that day, and the contact was driving at 50-60 mph. The tread quality on the tire was good. The contact was able to get pictures of the tire. The contact did not know if there was a police report because there was no collision with another vehicle.
