The fan blower malfunctioned, which resulted in the heater/defroster system only operating in the high setting. Consumer spoke to dealership by phone, who indicated that he had seen a lot of this failure, but there was no recall. Urged consumer to contact the manufacturer. However, manufacturer provided no assistance.
