The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. The contact was driving 5 mph when the bolts that held the fuel tank became loose and fractured from the vehicle. The fuel tank was hanging two inches from the ground. The dealer was not informed of the failure and the vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 54,000 and the current mileage was 54,004.
