The contact stated that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign numbers: 09E044000 (trailer hitches, equipment), 16V290000 (air bags), and 16V352000 (air bags). Martin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (1006 us-59, cleveland, tx 77327, 987-696-0359) and texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (18555 eastex fwy, humble, tx 77338, 281-973-3844) stated that the parts were unavailable. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the parts were expected to be available by late September. The contact had not experienced a failure.
