First off, I love my Jeep. But I got a BS answer from customer service, there is a bracket on both sides of the front windshield. The bracket has about (6) bolts holding it to the frame, around each of the bolts rust has developed and has bubbled up.
When I called Jeep, they had already had the photos from the body shop. The customer service disallowed the claim - stating I had too many miles on my vehicle. (Really) penalize me for driving. (BS), then she asked where I live. I told her Northeast Ohio - reply was well, you get a lot of salt from the roads. Again BS, does Jeep not stand behind their product - so I live in the snow belt I shouldn't drive a Jeep....... Maybe I should continue to look at the Honda Ridge Line.
