The contact owns a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the air bag warning light illuminated three times over the past three years. The vehicle was taken to the dealer each time where the clock spring was replaced. The contact stated that the manufacturer was now refusing to replace the clock spring again. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership where the contact was informed that the clock spring needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 31,000. The current mileage was approximately 32,000.
