I would like the bottom seats up front replaced the car is only two years old. I don't think the seat should of worn out this fast. They are also cracking and the seam are coming apart. This should not happen until the car is at least 6 years old. It seems the seat our made of cheap leather.

I bought a brand new 2012 Jeep Wrangler (my dream car) from Moss Bros in San Bernardino, Ca. I take very good care of my vehicle mostly freeway drives to and from work. I paid extra for leather seats. My back seats are hardly ever used (NO KIDS) and the seam has completely ripped at only 38000 miles....ridiculous!!! I took to the dealership service department and they said they would submit pictures and a letter to JEEP and I would hear from JEEP within 2-3 weeks on if they would fix the seats. NOTHING....no word at all from JEEP and the dealership is just giving me the run-a-round. So disappointed! I WANT MY SEATS FIXED!!! Unacceptable!!!

Shortly after I bought this "Chrysler Certified Used" car the seat started to come apart and the dealer told me I'd just have to live with it! Or replace myself as it's a used car and what did I expect?????
