problem #1

Dec 212015

Wrangler Unlimited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 54,000 miles

Went out one morning to go to work, Jeep would not start. Researched issue/problem diagnosed as faulty fuel pump relay. Installed the BYPASS?? for the relay. Now car wont even turn over and it shows a Hot Oil Light. If the car wont start and run.....how could it have hot oil??? Have not been able to get the vehicle started again. Dealer recommends replacing the TIPM.....expensive, time consuming as parts are backordered.
