Wrangler Sahara

Tailgate stopper and hinges poorly made, stopper pops out on slight incline and and breaks. Other owners indicate the hinges on the tailgate are the actual problem. Jeep does not acknowledge this is a problem and will not repair.

Wrangler Sport 3.6L

I had the last TJ model and I have to say the car parts are way tougher than my 2013. The stopper pop out by opening in a flat surface. I took it to the warranty and they said, I don't know their reason, that it was an abuse, But as I said, it broke at a flat and everything still original.

I'm disappointing by the service that costumer service gave me. Since initially they tried to charge me the repair of about $300 to replace the same low quality part. The hinges are small so they used that stopper that needs to be stronger for the forces it receives.
