Wrangler Unlimited Sport 3.6L

Climate controls would not work for up to a minute or more upon starting up the vehicle. After this time the controls work normally. But turn of the vehicle, restart (regardless of time passed) and the same issue occurs. The vehicle was still under warranty. So the dealer replaced the control unit and as of 6k miles later it has not returned.
