Wrangler JKU 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 104,600 miles

I find it hard to believe that this problem has not been recalled by Chrysler, due to the danger and frequency of this problem. Not only did the electronic component short out and melt the connector, it can cause a serious car accident when the sway bar disconnects going down the highway at above safe speed for such a disengagement.

They really should have made the connection water tight and this would not have been an issue probably, I don't know. It causes all kinds of codes to go off on the ECM and multiple trips to a mechanic and money to just find out that Chrysler has a faulty module.
