problem #2

Wrangler Unlimited

  • Automatic transmission
  • 22,000 miles

My Jeep has been having the "Death Wobble" for months now and my local dealership is not competent enough to figure out how to fix it without charging me in the thousands of dollars although I don't feel like it should be my expense - I've had nothing but problems with this Jeep since I bought it - and I bought it brand new. The shop has had it more than I have overall and I'm completely over it and feel like something should be resolved!!

Wrangler Unlimited 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 49,000 miles

Vehicle hits bump and front end violently shakes. Had alignment, and wheel balance.....no fix dealer adjusted steering shock....no fix dealer replaced control arm.....no fix dealer blamed it on tires need new....I disagree

Now after research I understand this to be the "Death Wobble" Why if there are enough incidents of this that it has a nickname, is it not being addressed???

I am concerned if this happens on snow or Ice, I could be dead. It is not controllable when it happens.

any one got a cure??
