Wrangler Freedom Edition Unlimited 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,500 miles

After a few months from purchasing my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Freedom Edition the windows rolled up completely began to rattle on the front driver side. On a smooth road the window does not rattle. On the slower side roads the driver side window constantly rattles over the smallest bumps and pot holes. I took it into the dealership twice and they had no luck finding the problem. I decided that the dealership wasn't helpful after searching online for "window rattle" and I took it into another dealership for a second opinion. This dealership told me the window was one whole piece and there were no parts to tight or no way to secure the window so that the rattle would stop. They told me they would put a complaint in to Jeep and if more people complained then the next step would be a potential recall or some other Jeep dealer found the solution to the window constantly rattling. However, I haven't heard back from the dealer and the window still rattles when it is rolled up completely. If anyone else has had this problem or knows a way to ensure that the window will not rattle I would greatly appreciate a solution!! I'm aware it's a Jeep but I have two other coworkers that do not have this same problem. Please fellow Jeep owners.
