water leaking in when it rains on passenger side

has leaked from day 1 and still leaking. Dealer being difficult to get it into them to repair..

Update from Jan 18, 2017: They finally replaced a seal on the roof and are saying they feel it will fix the problem. The verdict is still out as with the transmition and powertrain issues we have we are not driving it like we should. to scared of being broke down or being in an accident. I will say that they did not clean the carpet and left water in the floorboard when we went to pickup the vehicle. The carpets now smell of mold and that is another fight we are having with them. They do not want to replace and say it will go away in time. They are trying to clean it now and the fight goes on.
