Wrangler Rubicon V6

this is my third Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I custom ordered it as soon as the Hyper Green was available. I selected the Rubicon Hard Rock with manual transmission. I've had it for less than 2 weeks and it's in the shop for poor quality manufacturing! I haven't even taken it off road yet... I dropped it at the dealership on 05/24 and was told I should have it back within a day or two. They said that they will have to pull the entire transfer case to replace seals??? any suggestions as to what I should ask about and look for would be greatly appreciated.
