The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact noticed that the front windshield was cracked on both the driver and passenger sides. The vehicle was taken to larry roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (200 w grand ave, elmhurst, il 60126, (630) 333-9121) where it was determined that the windshield needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 30,000.
