problem #1

Jul 052023

Wrangler 4 Door 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 97,864 miles

We purchased the Jeep from the dealer in July of 2023 on the way home the check engine light came on, and we immediately contacted the dealer to report the problem.

The dealer stated that there were two issues.

#1 The Aux battery.

#2 The passenger side catalytic converter.

The dealer issued a We Owe document.

The dealership covered the batteries, but would not cover the cost of the Catalytic Converter, nor would the extended warranty.
