The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving 55 mph the vehicle started to vibrate abnormally without warning. The vehicle was driven to the residence and parked. Two days later while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge (21219 northern blvd, bayside, NY 11361) where the vehicle was diagnosed with a rear axle failure and electrical power steering failure. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000. The VIN was not available
