Bubbling paint and corrosion on several aluminum panels
I’m writing this not just as a disappointed customer—but as someone who bought into the Jeep brand expecting durability, adventure, and quality. Instead, I’m dealing with corrosion on a 2020 Wrangler that’s barely five years old. Bubbling paint, rust on aluminum panels, and Jeep denies my claim to fix.
This isn’t just cosmetic—it’s a design flaw, and it’s unacceptable. I’ve seen the technical service bulletins. I’ve read about the class action lawsuits. I know I’m not alone. But what I don’t understand is why Jeep hasn’t stepped up to take full responsibility.
I didn’t buy a Jeep to worry about rust. I bought it to drive through snow, mud, and rain. I shouldn’t have to fight for repairs to get basic protection.
Please do better. Fix the problem. Stand by your product. And stop making your loyal customers feel like we’re asking for too much when we just want what we paid for—a Jeep that lasts.
