The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the vehicle was started, and the instrument panel failed to function as intended. The contact stated that the instrument panel displayed a black screen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a failed instrument panel. The contact was informed that the instrument cluster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the parts were ordered. The contact stated that the vehicle remained with the dealer until the parts were received, and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 33,800.
