The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while parking in the driveway, the contact depressed the brake pedal, and the pedal went the floorboard. The contact desperately depressed the brake pedal however, the vehicle failed to stop, causing the vehicle to strike the front porch of the residence, and side swiping the contact's other vehicle. The contact stated that the porch and the front bumper of the vehicle were damaged. There was no injury sustained. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 30,000. The VIN was not available.

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the braking system failed to operate as designed with the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC) warning lights illuminated. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to the dealer where two attempts were made to replace the ABS; however, the failure persisted after the repair. The manufacturer was informed about the failure and acknowledged that the failure was a known issue with the model vehicle; however, there was no fix for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired and remained in the possession of the dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000.
