At 10,400 miles a safety recall was performed on clutch for manual transmission. The dealership replaced clutch bearing, clutch press kit, and other clutch components. After 800 miles were driven (11,200 total miles on vehicle) and after the recall service, the clutch went out again while driving. Dealership is telling me the slave cylinder went out and will need to be replaced.

Sudden loss of power. Vehicle completely lost response to accelerator pedal while driving: Had a very strange experience last night. I have been barely charging my 4xe after 95b recall trying to maybe slow down battery degradation and drive it like during the recall period. Last night I was going down a rural road. I rolled up to a 4 way stop slowing down from about 55mph to stop. Vehicle was in hybrid mode, and cluster was at <1%. I had barely stopped, I don-??t think the ICE shut down. I tried to accelerate to clear the intersection and I had 0 power. Car would barely move and slowly rolled in the intersection. Engine was running but not responding to the accelerator with RPM increase, just like when you try to rev at idle. No response to half or full throttle. I just slowly rolled in the intersection (scary situation, luckily no heavy traffic) I turned my hazard lights on and tried again to accelerate, 0 response, no MIL light, still gas in car. I tried to change drive mode to electric, message -??unavailable, battery depleted-?? (no surprise there), tried e-save no response to throttle either. Last resort I put tranny in park and re-cycled start/stop. HV battery had enough power to start engine and responded to throttle and I was back driving. Did another 10-15 miles yesterday, no wild issues (sometimes it feels a little jerky, but that could be just me now). I did some heavy accelerations. Power meter went to 100, re-charged on coasting and did that for 4 or 5 repetitions. No warning lights ever. Checked my SOH last night and it had dropped to 80.8%. I decided to charge on L1 outside. Didnt have full SOC this morning, just 75% on dash. Drove normal this moaning, stayed in electric mist of the time. My 75% was completely depleted after maybe 10 miles driving. All seems typical for a poor SOH HV battery, except the loss of power and 0 response to throttle. Very scary and potentially dangerous.

The engine and cluster showed and made noises indicating that the hybrid system was malfunctioning. The cluster indicated a speed limit at high speeds, but never did so. The electric drivetrain was disconnected and the handling and power were severely affected. It was dangerous because the distracting and concerning issues were during a rapid speed and in dangerous conditions with no clear remedy. The check engine, red turtle, and battery lights indicated the problem, but not beforehand. There were some warranty fixes around the battery including recall work.

Recent recall 95B was performed December 15th, 2024 on my Jeep 4xe. The vehicle passed the road test involved with the safety recall to detect a defective high voltage battery. On December 26th, within 100 miles of the recall test being performed, the vehicle cruise control involuntarily shut off, check engine light illuminated and the vehicle lost power on the freeway. We were able to return home with the vehicle lurching while driving, having erratic acceleration from a stop and pushing through braking. The issues continued a few days later when delivering to the Jeep service center and the Jeep died in the service lane and had to be pushed the rest of the way to the service bay. The "fix'' that Stellantis has provided seems to simply later detect the battery issue that the recall test was designed to detect under their care during the test procedure. There are numerous other 4xe owners that I am aware of that are having the same post-test failures and motive power losses in traffic soon after their vehicle 'passed' the battery test. This 'solution' is causing a dangerous situation for the owners and the general motoring public. The Jeep has since been reevaluated and determined that the battery that the recall was intended to detect is indeed defective and is being replaced.

On October 17th. The vehicle exhibited serious electrical issues when I attempted to start it in my school parking lot. Upon pressing the start button, the car would not start, and all electrical items began malfunctioning. The lights inside and outside the vehicle were flashing, the windshield wipers activated on their own, the horn was beeping intermittently, and the car was emitting alarming noises. The situation escalated when the tow truck driver arrived. He was unable to start the vehicle. Instead, the engine produced a loud revving sound, as if it were about to blow up. This experience was not only frustrating but also alarming, considering the potential safety risks. The dealership said they will get to it as soon as they can, but are 7-10 days booked.

I was leaving my home on July 25th. Suddenly when turning onto the freeway approach. The car battery light turned on. Then suddenly a Red Turtle came on dropping my speed instantly from 35 to 5 MPH. I was able to barely avoid an accident by throwing the steering wheel to the right moving out of traffic. Had this been about 1000 feet further along, things could have been dangerous. I had the car towed to the dealership.... where they informed me this is the hybrid battery.... an issue that I have had now 4 times with this vehicle and was supposed to be fixed. It has been in the shop for over 2 weeks.

Unexpected unwarned complete loss of all motive power while driving on a 4 lane main road. The Jeep lost all power, no ICE power and no elec motor power. Dash message said put vehicle in park to restart - at the time i was going about 45mph in the left lane of a 4 lane. Vehicle coasting and decelerating as i was on flat terrain. Was luckily able to get safely to the shoulder. Vehicle restarted after putting it in park, then drove normally with nothing out of the ordinary, no more messages, no warning or check engine lights.

This is the third time I have experienced The truck being too hot and overheating the fan not stopping and me losing power when I-??m on a highway. I nearly was killed when my car would not move during traffic. This happened three times now and Jeep is giving me a hard time about towing it getting it fixed they replaced the water pump twice and said it was a recall however, the water pump keeps breaking and I lose power before this happens and the antilock brake system then it starts becoming sluggish and then the water pump breaks and I lose power. I am afraid to drive this vehicle. This is the third time it happened. I read other people pages and this has a similar problem on other peoples jeep of a 2021 as well.

I was just driving home from the park with my family and my Wrangler wouldn't accelerate and the motor would stutter with a complete loss of power. It then gave me the error message on the dash of "e-save mode unavailable" and also "electric mode unavailable". I pulled over, turned it off for a few minutes, then turned it back on to drive home and it repeated the same loss of power and error messages as before. Luckily I was only a mile away from home and it let me drive very slow and limp home. I used my scan tool and found fault code P0A3F which I cannot find any info on google about this code relating to a wrangler 4xe beyond that the recall that I had fixed is still having issues: [XXX]. My VIN is [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

While climbing a mountain pass between 2000' and 2500' MSL and passing some vehicles at approximately 70 mph, the vehicle suddenly lost power and multiple warning lights illuminated. These included: Service Electronic Throttle Control, Check Engine Light, Automatic Emergency Brake system failure, Adaptive Cruise Control system failure. After the initial power loss, the engine seemed to partially recover and could be driven below 60 mph until the vehicle was shut down and restarted. There were no signs or warnings of any impending failure. The coolant, engine oil, and transmission temperatures were well below the published limits. The danger was the power loss was sudden, unexpected, and at a critical time when passing large trucks and in the vicinity of heavy traffic with no emergency parking available. This reported event is the fourth time it has occurred. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer to repair it, and the dealers have attempted three times to fix it (all three times dealer fixed something different). All three times they reported the issue had been fixed, yet it has re-occurred after each time. It is currently scheduled for a fourth dealer visit.

I took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler to the dealership for the clutch recall, which has been completed. However, my Jeep is now stalling and they cannot seem to figure out what the problem is. They repeatedly tell me that it is a "software issue" but there is not resolution to this software issue. My vehicle cannot be safely driven. Each time the clutch is released and the gas is engaged, the vehicle stalls. There was an announcement sent to dealerships to suspend the completion of the recalls on 2021 Jeep Wranglers as there is an issue. Additional communication was expected on June 27, 2024. The service manager at the dealership called me yesterday to inform me that the Jeep engineers are aware of the problem but there is no fix and there is not anticipated timeline on the fix.

Jeep issued a recall number 19A in 2022. It's been two years with the company providing no solution or fix. The vehicle is designed for off-road use. The recall states that the failure could cause a fire. I would not like to be off-road and cause a fire in the forest. I've called the company multiple times.

About a week ago the light for the rear axel locked activated while driving in 2H. It comes on and off while driving sporadically. I called the dealer and the earliest appointment they have is for Oct 2024 which I had no choice but to take the appointment. Yesterday 7 July 2024 I checked the sensor for the rear axel for damages and cleaning. Nothing seemed burnt or worn out except when I cleaned the connector coming out from the axel it had traces of fresh oil. Oil is coming out through the sensor.

July 2024 -?" driving over 40 mph the Rubicon on a busy two-lane highway with my [XXX] and lost all acceleration. Interior warning lights started flashing with the warning, -??Service Electric Throttle Control.-?? As this was up hill, there I nearly started going backwards and two vehicles swerved around me as I was able to pull over. As cars honked that drove by, I turned the vehicle off which was at this point, making a rattling/wobbling noise. I turned the vehicle back on and off at least three times, with hybrid vehicle working. As I was two miles from home, I was able to get back with the vehicle dropping acceleration (with no horsepower and no ability to go on gas mode) twice until I rolled back in basically neutral. We called USAA to have the vehicle immediately towed to Jeep Rairdon in Kirkland, WA. Jeep Rairdon said they would do an inspection three days later where they will assess if we can get a loaner. It-??s sitting in their service lot with no info. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
